We at Sockaholic want our customers to be 100% satisfied (we want you to shop here again in the future :-P). That is why, if when you get the socks they are not what you expected or you change your mind for any reason, all you have to do is contact us before the next 4 weeks and we will proceed with the exchange or return.
It is important that the product has not been opened and is in perfect condition to avoid any trouble with the exchange or return. You will get a full refund except for the shipping costs that we are sorry but we are not able to do. In case there was a mistake on our side (defective items, wrong size…) we will proceed to the exchange free of charge or to a full refund.
